The former Intersnack warehouse offers approximately 6,300 sqm2 priemyselných, skladovacích a kancelárskych priestorov v rámci areálu, ktorý kumulatívne ponúka 17000 m2 of space.
The warehouse is located in the western part of Slovakia, specifically in the western part of the city of Trenčín. Thanks to its convenient location, the property benefits primarily from excellent connection to the D1 motorway (about 4.5 km), which connects Bratislava with Žilina. The bus stop is located about 300 m walking distance from the administrative part of the premises.
The complex also has the aforementioned administration building, which underwent extensive renovation in 2019. It is directly connected to the warehouse part of the complex and together with the kitchen, common areas and terrace are located on the ground and first floor of the warehouse.
